Job DutiesAudit Loan applications for accuracy and completeness.Assemble and maintain Loan files in accordance with standard policies, and enter data into the online system at each stage of processing as required.Service walk-in customers as appropriate.Explain documentation requirements, assist with Loan applications, and/or refer the customer to other World personnel as appropriate.Communicate the status of Loan applications to all appropriate parties, including World customers, Loan Origination personnel, brokers, and escrow holders.Order credit reports, required verifications, and private mortgage insurance.Submit Appraisal requests as required.Obtain and compile copies of Loan applicants? credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers? needs.Perform related duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.1-2 years of general office work or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in Loan Processing is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Customer service oriented.Excellent communication skills.Ability to maintain a high level of production with extremely good attention to detail.Excellent computer and telephone skills.Capability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
