Immediate Opportunity for a detail-oriented, reliable Mortgage Loan Processing Coordinator in Valencia.

As Loan Processing Coordinator you will:

Answer and handle incoming calls
Accurately take down client information
Start every day proactively moving files along, as specified on your daily task list, ordering insurance, verifying escrow instructions, following up on title and appraisal processes
Communicate urgently, professionally and proactively with escrow and title contacts
Carefully review loan documents to be signed to catch any errors before sending the documents out

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years work experience in an office environment required
6 months + experience processing mortgage loans a must
Good computer skills; experience with industry software, Word, and Excel
Detail-oriented, reliable and determined to do what it takes to get the job done
Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of loan and escrow terminology preferred
Excellent communication skills- This position will demand that you communicate well with external contacts as well as with your fellow team members.
Well-developed problem solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies
