Broker Direct Inside Wholesale AE Job Description:
Establish and maintain solid relationships with brokers
Increase book of business by providing outstanding programs and service to existing client and to prospective clients
Provide accurate pre-qualification information for brokers
Work closely with account managers and underwriters to ensure the timely processing and closing of loan files
Remain constantly available to brokers in order to address their questions and concerns about the company
Increase personal growth and education in the industry by attending seminars and seeking other educational materials
Calling established brokers on the telephone to discuss new products, perform prequals, and answer questions
Working with account manager and underwriters to move files along and address problems and/or concernsTake care of company required paperwork, pipeline review, website study and guideline study
