Loan Officer / Broker

The largest brokerage firm in San Diego just purchased another level in their beautiful beachside building and they need to fill those spaces.

Position: Loan Officers/Brokers
MUST HAVE – NO EXCEPTIONS
·College Degree (No recent college grads)
·At least 2 successful sales performance in any industry
·Young enough that they haven’t developed bad sales habits
·Very aggressive – (this is not an easy job)
·Smart and Outgoing
·Willing to work long hours

Compensation:
AFYE – 150,000 – 200,000 (If not making at least 150K, they will be terminated)
Average 2nd Year – 175,000 – 250,000
Average 3rd Year – 300,000 – 400,000
Top Employees earning ½ a million per year

Car allowance: $800 per month after 1 quarter reaching $100,000. Must stay above $100,000 to continue receiving car allowance.

Vacation bonuses: $2500 bonus for over $125,000 in net proceeds in 1 quarter.

$10,000 bonus if over $220,000 in net proceeds in ONE quarter. (Not combined with prior bonus.)

Other Bonus: $1000 bonus for any closing (1 loan or 2 loans concurrently) over $20,000 in net proceeds.
