Our associates are just as important as well, and we take pride in providing an environment in which our associates love to work and can continue to flourish in their jobs.We are currently seeking several experienced Loan Officer Assistant to join our team.As a Mortgage Account Manager Assistant (Loan Officer Assistant) you will be responsible for assisting the assigned Account Manager with their pipeline through originating, underwriting, processing, closing and post-closing a loan. With guidance from the Account Manager, you will act as a liaison between the customer, builder and management.Key functions also include assisting the Account Manager in maintaining satisfactory closing capture ratios and expected customer satisfaction levels; inputting files; requesting credit reports; setting up new files; faxing status reports to communities; preparing brochure packages for communities, and assisting with reports, pre-qualifications and lock-in paperwork.The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:Have at least two years of mortgage experience or sales experience.
Be detail-oriented.
Possess and demonstrate excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills.
Be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
