Responsibilities include:*Qualify and sell mortgage loans to prospective borrowers.*Consolidate debts and obtain cash for any purpose and/or to finance the purchase of a home.*Analyzes applicant financial status, credit and property evaluation.*Match their current profile with one of Homefield's, their lender or investor's programs.*Consult with client on products and prepare a loan proposal.*Work with Sales Management, Loan Processors and Funders to ensure excellent client service and compliance with State and Federal lending regulations.
Experience and skills required:*Two to four years related mortgage origination experience required, specializing in consultative telephone sales.*Good aptitude for math and detail oriented, with excellent analytical skills.*The ability to establish rapport quickly on the phone and keep a positive attitude.*Ability to originate loans over the telephone, with the ability to handle tough objections.*Ability to manage his/her own time, coordinate multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision.*Energetic, enjoy a fast-paced team atmosphere, and like to be challenged by work and recognized for your efforts.
