Loan Officer

Upon joining Countrywide's Full Spectrum Lending Division, qualified candidates will receive an extensive company orientation and participate in formal classroom training. The training is geared towards helping new Account Executives become familiar with FSL's proven business strategies, policies & procedures, as well as a thorough working knowledge of the lending process. The training includes, but is not limited to, lead distribution methodologies, sales lending strategies, compliance issues, underwriting and loan processing systems.Over the past twelve months, several hundred entry-level Account Executives have been promoted to management. Specific job duties of an Account Executive include handling loan inquiries from a variety of sources including both inbound telephone inquiries and outbound calling. The Account Executive focuses on refinance lending to meet the vast array of homeowners needs and works closely with a team of loan specialists and underwriters to ensure that customer service remains a top priority. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
Sales or mortgage industry experience a plus, but not required
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
PC proficiency
