REQUIREMENTS
Experienced loan officers or teams with 2+ years local experience doing residential or commercial originations who require minimal management support on a day to day basis. These same individuals/teams will be self-sufficient, competent and have strong desire to grow in 2006 and beyond. Aggressive compensation to those with volume/units
