Loan Officer: 2-02-002

Location: 7901 W. Brown Deer Road,Milwaukee,WisconsinWe are seeking a self-motivated, sales-oriented individual to join our Guaranty Mortgage team as a Loan Officer for our Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin market. This individual must possess strong sales skills and an eagerness for financial knowledge. As the Loan Officer, the primary responsibilities will be: 1. Develop a network of business with realtors, builders and/or bank customers; 2. Creatively match loan products to the needs of the customer; 3. Take applications for residential mortgage loans and select the appropriate program from a wide range of innovative products; 4. Accumulate credit and other financial documentation; 5. Other duties as assigned. The qualified candidate must have a high-school diploma and a minimum of 1-year mortgage related experience or a residential real estate background. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to sell products, achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, assertiveness and have proficient computer skills. Knowledge of mortgage loan pricing and guidelines is necessary.
