Loan Disbursement Administrator

Purpose:
Job Description:
Will be responsible for Commercial Real Estate Portfolio demands and disbursement of construction loans. Functions include reviewing loan documentation, inspection reports and title information; maintaining loan files in compliance with bank/group requirements; evaluation and reconciliation of Borrower and Banks records; risk assessment; auditing and maintenance of files; and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

Requirements:
Position requires knowledge of Real Estate loan documentation; ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple projects within deadlines; MUST HAVE excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; experience with Windows NT and AFS. Related job experience required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with loan disbursements, 5+ years required for higher pay scale.

Pay: $ 38,500- $ 67,000 per year depending on experience
