Loan Coordinator

Coordinates departmental work flow for the assigned department. Provides work direction and technical guidance to lower level associates. Processes departmental work. Answers technical questions. Researches and resolves complex operations issues. Reviews and approves work within established limits ensuring Bank procedures have been followed. Develops reports and tracking mechanisms to help achieve departmental goals. Serves as a liaison between the assigned department and other internal departments, customers and venders. Makes recommendations to improve departmental procedures and policies. Higher level Loan Coordinators may train staff and provide input on performance reviews. May perform special projects as assigned.Loan Coordinator I, N16 - Required: High School degree or equivalent. Proficient knowledge of loan operations and loan documentation products, terminology and procedures. Strong customer services skills. Proficient with intermediate-level database, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: 2 years of loan operations or loan servicing experience.Loan Coordinator II, N17 - High School degree or equivalent. Strong knowledge of loan operations and loan documentation products, terminology, procedures and systems. Proficient with intermediate-level database, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: 4 years of loan operations or loan servicing experience.Pay Range:
N16-$15.82-25.32
N17-$17.61-28.17Coordinates & processes SAD Transfers. Assists Branches and managers with the activities for SBA Express and Conventional loans."
