Lender Services Consulting Project Manager

The Lender Services Project Manager provides lender and management services to major lenders, which provide funding for a variety of commercial, residential and industrial type development projects. Requires experience in Construction observation reports, preliminary project reviews and physical audits. Must be able to complete square foot estimating utilizing BOMA guidelines, understand all spreadsheet types including Fannie Mae, ability to constructively critique and edit both technically and grammatically highly detailed and accurate, capable of managing multiple projects and submitting reports on tight deadlines. Must be computer literate, possess strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills, along with strong communication presentation skills. Successful Project Manager candidates will possess: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience in construction or an associated engineering field, and at least 3 years experience as Project Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Sciences, Architecture or Quantity Surveying.

Additional professional certification and licenses preferred.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience to be considered for a Project Manager's position. Any experience below that will be considered for Project Coordinator or Assistant PM, any years over - a Senior Project Manager.

Experience working with Lenders/Investors is a plus.
