Legal Customer Service Associate

Corporation Service Company (CSC) currently has CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE positions available in our Sacramento office that offer challenging and varied responsibilities, including coordinating activities and documentation needed to service our clients -- attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals employed by the nation's top corporation and law firms. Our positions are ideal for those with strong customer service experience who are interested in the legal industry or those who have done entry level paralegal or legal assistant work and want something different. This position specializes in motor vehicle service/fleet management, and experience working at or with the DMV is highly desireable. Located at 2730 Gateway Oaks Drive in Sacramento.

REQUIREMENTS
*Prior Customer Service experience in a corporate environment. *Industry experience such as paralegal or legal assistant background is helpful but not required
*Computer literacy, with adequate keyboard speed and accuracy.
Initiative and strong desire to work for a dynamic organization
*A proven track record of working well with teams and involving detail oriented responsibilities.
*A proven commitment to, and experience in providing, excellent customer service, whether to internal or external clients.
