Lead Fraud Risk Analyst

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Fraud Prevention/Risk, AML and Investigations, the incumbent drives the identification of fraud trending analysis and reporting of company wide weekly, monthly and quarterly fraud loss and recovery metrics. This position will have a close, cohesive partnership with several business units, including compliance, audit, legal, etc.

sp; Analyzes losses to identify fraud trends and make recommendations to adjust parameters or fraud detection systems to management.

B7 Creates and manages a database of all fraud data including SARs & AML investigative cases. Ensures integrity of data. Creatively approaches complex reporting reques!

B7 Develops and prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics reporting for management. Continuously strives to improve reporting process through innovative technology.

B7 Assists management in identifying and recommending workflow improvements and efficiencies based on reporting metrics.

B7 Owns business rules configuration of fraud prevention/detection systems including Actimize, Cyota, etc.</o:!

B7 Partners with multiple business units to obtain data and expand current reporting methods.
REQUIREMENTS


B7 5-7 years experience in a progressive financial reporting position.

B7 Requires solid technical and analytical skills in financial analysis, preferably experience with fraud loss trend analysis and metrics reporting.

B7 In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

B7 Requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with peers as well as highest levels of management.

B7 Fraud/risk detection/prevention, investigations, money laundering and SAR experience is a plus.
