LOAN REVIEW MANAGER

LOAN REVIEW MANAGER City Holding Company, the largest publicly traded bank holding company (NASDAQ symbol: CHCO) headquarted in Charleston, WV, is seeking a Loan Review Manager. City is a $2.5 billion banking company with operations throughout West Virginia, Eastern Kentucky and Southeastern Ohio. In monitoring the company's $1.6 billion loan portfolio, responsibilities for this position will include the following: *Planning the company's loan review program and managing the Loan Review Department to achieve established goals. * Performing loan reviews as necessary * Discussing individual borrowing relationships with lenders and management * Reporting loan portfolio condition and trends to management and the Board of Directors * Interfacing with bank regulatory agencies * Developing and supervising loan review staff * Monitoring all new commercial loans This position requires a BS/BA in a related field combined with formal credit evaluation training and experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of loan review experience of which at least 3 years included supervisory responsibilities. Strong communication skills are required including the ability to work with all levels of staff and management. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point programs; database experience desired, but not required.
