Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and obtainthe ability to work as part of a team-oriented environment.
Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
Possess sound, independent judgment, and the ability to solve complex problems.

JOB DUTIES

Originating loans from internally provided leads and managing each loan through funding.
Corresponding with borrowers to resolve questions regarding loan and loan application information.
Examining, evaluating, authorizing and recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loans.
