Our primary industry focus is financial services and real estate. We are currently looking to expand into new industry sectors including certain areas of healthcare, consumer products and technology. This person will be responsible for developing deal flow from both internal; and external channels in these new industries.Investment Banker, Managing DirectorCore Competencies:
Significant industry knowledge and experience in order to approach senior industry executives.
Develop client relationships and engagements.
Manage the banking team that including VP's and Associates.
Manage entire engagement process including managing overall client expectations.
Provide senior advice on M & A, debt recapitalizations, valuations and fairness opinions.
Raise equity, mezzanine financing and bridge financing (capital raises).
Approve and develop offering memorandums and other marketing material.Qualifications:
MBA or CPA - 7-10 years experience
Solid track record of executing transactions
Strong leadership skills to manage and leverage team
Series 7, 24 and 63
