Information Security Manager

The Property Information Services Group, a division of The First American Corporation (NYSE:FAF), is the largest collector and provider of real estate information used by businesses to value, locate, and analyze properties across the United States.We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to work with the Compliance Ethics Officer. In this role, you will be providing highly specialized business and technical knowledge to development work teams or personnel both internal and external to department. You will also be expected to assist in developing integrated Information Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. You will actively provide feedback to the compliance officer and champion best practices where practical.Qualifications
Must possess better than average understanding of current information security management best practices and issues.
Substantial project management skills.
Outstanding multi-level communications and interpersonal skills.
Supervisory skills may be required as position matures.
Good Auditing, and risk management skills
Knowledge of industry-applicable laws and regulations (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum five years of information systems technology involvement such that infrastructure and applications principles are understood (required).
Two years experience in business continuity, crisis management and response to natural and / or manmade disasters preferred.Benefits
