Home Loan Sales Originator - Home Equity / Phoenix, AZ

As a Home Loan Sales Originator you will be receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to originate home equity lines/loans. You will present loan offers, discuss products and rates, overcome objections, and take loan applications, update the system with loan application information and gain loan commitments. Referral sources may include inbound calls generated by Direct Mail, exising Chase customers who have been warm transferred from other Bank sources, and customer referrals. In addition, you will be analyzing the customer's credit information and making prudent underwriting decisions per polices and within your designated lending authority. You will refer customers who have no other Bank One relationships to other departments for depository, investment, or other appropriate banking products and services.



$28,000 annually, plus individual monthly incentive based on production. Targeted total average earnings is $46,000, however, there is unlimited earning potential and no cap on incentives.



Work hours are to be determined (may include evenings and occasional Saturdays).

REQUIREMENTS


A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales or customer service experience/skills required.

1 - 2 years of consumer lending or mortgage lending experience is a plus.

Demonstrated effective customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment performing multiple tasks.

Analytical and time management skills to maintain focus on production.
