Full-time Teller

Washington State Employees Credit Union announces an opening for the position of Full-time Teller for our Spokane Branch. The position provides excellent member service as defined by WSECU’s Brand Promise while promoting a diversified range of products and services. In addition, you will perform member transactions within operating guidelines and code of conduct standards.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. Minimum 40 hours per week.
Scheduling flexibility required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
Required – High school level or greater. Previous customer service experience.
Preferred - Computer training and financial institution experience.


Knowledge / Skills:
Required – Effective listening skills/positive attitude; excellent oral and written communication skills; analyze and interpret members statements; analytical, decision making and problem solving ability; strong cross-selling skills; excellent follow-through ability and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast paced and demanding service environment; strong interpersonal skills
Preferred - Data entry experience and communication training.
