Fulfillment Coordinator

The Fulfillment Coordinator will support the Financial Services Area Manager, FSMs, and all Financial Centers within that region. This position will serve as the contact person for back office areas and monitor reports such as ATM Deposits, New Accounts, Kiting, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Signature Card Compliance, and any other reports that are deemed necessary. The Fulfillment Coordinator will communicate with FSMs regarding procedural changes and follow up with FSMs regarding compliance, quality issues, and trends. Fulfillment Coordinators will have audit responsibilities as assigned. This position may also serve as a back up for FSMs within their region, as needed The Fulfillment Coordinator will assist in ensuring new Financial Centers within their region are properly stocked with the necessary forms and documents prior to opening.
REQUIREMENTS
Fundamental understanding of general bank operations.
Proficient understanding of the components of deposit products, credit products, business products, and alternative delivery operations.
Ability to make decisions and negotiate.

Proficiency in MS Office products. including Excel and Word.EDUCATION: Completed High School
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in banking or similar financial services industries.
