Fraud Specialist 2

Join the Debit Card Operations/ATM Fraud Team!!!! Our fraud team is responsible for researching and resolving customer disputes related to fraudulent ATM/Check Card activity. The position includes gathering and documenting required information which will include communicating with customer, merchant, internal investigators and the appropriate law enforcement authorities to determine the outcome of the dispute. Works on a variety of online systems. The position does require making outbound phone calls in order to obtain pertinent information and may also require receiving inbound calls. Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Eight weeks of paid training is provided M-F 8am-5pm. Due to strict regulatory guidelines overtime may be required which includes Saturdays.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year customer service experience and a background in a high production environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office applications.
* Preferred Skills:Previous Debit Card fraud and investigations experience. Working knowledge of AXCIS/HOGAN/FDR/DAT/and E-tran (Internal postings only). Knowledge of Regulation E. General Ledger Experience. Ability to read/write/speak Spanish.
