Customer Service Associates needed for the Appraisals division for a leading mortgage company located in NW Plano.Will be responsible for inbound as well as follow-up calls. Will be responsible for following up on appraisal orders and home inspections on a daily basis.Must have a positive and professional demeanor.Must have a "take charge" attitude.Shifts available:Monday-Friday, 8-5, 9-6, and 10-7
Job Requirements
Must have 1-3 years strong/tenured customer service experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be PC proficient.Any prior mortgage or banking experience is a plus!Temp to hire opportunity!Must be able to pass a credit check as well as a background screen to qualify!DON'T Miss out on this excellent opportunity working for a Fortune 500 company!
