Finance Director / Financial Director Mortgage Lending Bank

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Prepares and analyzes monthly budget versus actual results. Responsible for forecasting process and dissemination of relevant financial information throughout the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Facilitate creation of annual budget

Coordinate monthly actual and variance reporting

Coordinate monthly reforecast of results

Prepare and issue other management reports

Ad hoc financial analysis

REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications and Experience:



Undergraduate degree with MBA/CPA preferred

10 year related experience



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



Knowledge of Financial Instruments (Loans, Bonds, etc.)

Understanding of discounted cash flow, MPP, and IRR modeling, concepts, and techniques.

Working knowledge of Financial Statement analysis and accounting rules

Moderate to advanced Excel skills

Desire and ability to meet occasional tight deadlines

Possess the ability and intent to align all business decisions with the Guiding Philosophy and our Core Values and Beliefs.

Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies, including but not limited to Anti Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Truth in Lending, Privacy, and Anti-Discrimination, to the extent each applies to current job responsibilities.
