The successful FUNDER candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the loan documents have been properly executed by the borrower(s), all underwriting conditions have been satisfied, and disbursing the loan proceeds to the Title Company prior to the lock expiration date.
• Reviewing funding packages for completeness; verifying all documents comply with regulatory and compliance guidelines; communicating with Brokers, Escrow, Title companies and others to obtain information to facilitate funding of loans; maintaining Client Tracking log regarding status of funding process
• Preparing loan documents and ensuring required conditions are met before sending to Escrow; reviewing final loan documents for accuracy with regard to state specific requirements; working knowledge of appropriate Title endorsements, preliminary Title reports and commitments for various state practices; working knowledge of state specific documents desired.
• Calculating funding figures and preparing all forms necessary to order money from the appropriate warehouse line of credit. Forward funding forms to the warehouse, advice the Title Company of the funding amounts, and provide paperwork to Pro30 Funding’s Accounting Department. After file has funded, prepare file for shipping.
• Other duties as required

The successful UNDERWRITER candidate will be responsible for:

•Manually underwriting residential loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and applicable secondary marketing investor standards; Calculating mortgage payments as well as debt from credit reports, and review and underwrite full appraisals; Analysis of the following: income documents, assets, appraisals, multi units, condos and Single Family Residences.
•Evaluating information on mortgage loan documents to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet company and government standards; Make decisions on exceptions to policy (underwriting/pricing) within authority limits.
•Interacting and assisting Loan Agents regarding loan scenarios and advising on problem resolution
•Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
FUNDER: Minimum two years’ related experience as a mortgage loan funder. Must have a working knowledge of conforming Alt-A products, all facets of residential mortgage, and familiarity with some AUS systems. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential. Familiarity with DataTrac mortgage banking software is preferred.

UNDERWRITER: Three to five years’ related experience as a mortgage loan underwriter required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have a working knowledge of Alt-A products, all facets of residential mortgage, and familiarity with some AUS systems. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential. Familiarity with DataTrac mortgage banking software is preferred.
