Equipment Express Customer Service Mgr

Started by Wells Fargo in 1997, it has grown to over a quarter billion dollars with over 14,000 customers nationwide. The majority of the business is sourced through the Wells Fargo Store network and we continue to grow profitably at a rate on average in excess of 30% per year.The ideal candidate will have management responsibility for a customer service call center team of both exempt and non-exempt professionals in San Leandro California, who perform post-approval sales and loan funding activities for our customers. The team handles over 5000 phone calls per month, utilizing an ACD phone system, and closes and funds more than 400 loans per month. In addition, this position assumes responsibility for developing and monitoring service standards and goals; product training and analysis and relationship management with internal and external customers.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:-Proven management experience of exempt and non-exempt professionals in a customer service and sales environment.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach and develop team members.

Previous sales/financial background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently; ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks in a high production operations environment.

Ability to schedule and monitor staff accordingly in a call center environment.
* Preferred Skills:-Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Office, Excel, and Powerpoint

Experience with a large financial institution

Experience in high volume small business and/or retail credit underwriting
