Entry Level Trainer

Symitar, a Jack Henry & Associates company, provides cutting-edge IT solutions with advanced information, financial, management, and network solutions for credit unions.

Trainers needed for the San Diego, CA location. Position will have the main responsibility of training new credit union client staff to perform their current jobs on the Symitar Episys System such as system structure and navigation, account maintenance and inquiries, and teller transactions. Training done via Instructor-Led Training (ITL) or Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT - remote by WebEx), and will also provide post-conversion support via WebEx or telephone. Trainers also assist in development of eLearning replay modules. Currently 90% travel to client sites throughout the United States, in the near future this will be reduced to 50%.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent presentation skills and the ability to train & communicate on technical issues. Credit union or financial service experience is a plus. Computer literacy required. Currently 90% travel to client sites throughout the United States, in the near future this will be reduced to 50%.
