Electronic Banking Specialist (Part-time)

Manages the daily processes, vendors and department interaction required to support the electronic delivery channels for a multi-state environment. Responsibilites also include management reporting, Review and submission of vendor invoices and transaction research and resolution. This position requires regulatory compliance requirements be maintained.

Job Responsibilities include:

Primary contact for electronic delivery channels to support and coordinate resolutions for Banking Centers. Management of external vendor support. Full responsibility for the daily processes required to ensure functionality and regulatory compliance are maintained.

Reconcile activity, to include transaction research, settlement reports, provide monthly reporting and statistical data tracking for specific electronic delivery channel.

Assist the Electronic Banking department with additional daily processing functions to include but not limited to, card transaction reconciliation, card reissue, and Banking Center exception requests.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:* Two (2) years Electronic Banking experience with prior ATM and/or debit card processing experience. Knowledge of vendor management critical.
* Computer skills beneficial for Horizon, iAcquire, Outlook and Microsoft Office
? Knowledge of basic accounting principles to include reconciliation


EDUCATION:* Requires high school diploma, B.A. preferred.
