Electronic Banking Specialist

Position Summary:

Perform daily ATM/Debit Card fraud prevention tasks to include suspect transaction review. Communicate with customers regarding suspicious card transaction activity. Process customer unauthorized electronic funds transfer disputes (Reg E claims). Perform daily ATM settlement balancing. Perform various functions pertaining to ATM/Debit Card and Internet Banking product support. This position requires exceptional customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have:

•Exceptional customer service skills

•Intermediate PC skills including Word and Excel.

•1 year banking experience; previous fraud prevention, a plus.

•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

•The ability to process work accurately and timely.
