Documentation Specialist

Initiate documentation process on approved transactions including contacting customers to gather necessary information to produce lease documents. Extensive contact with vendors and financial institutions to complete requirements for the funding of transactions. Reconcile invoices and structure transactions as well as pricing based on approval terms and lease rate factors. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and vendors outlined in the lease documents. High volume of transactions and extensive customer support on a fast pace environment. Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and financial institutions.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and computer skills are a must. Success in this position is highly dependant on ability to grasp concepts, application of policies and procedures as well as extensive reading and understanding of documentation requirements and professional approach.
