Doc Drawer –

Home Loan Funding an Irvine, CA based mortgage originations company is seeking a Retail doc drawer. Candidate will be responsible for drawing loan docs for CA and multi-state properties, prime and sub-prime mortgage loans.

A minimum of 2 years of doc drawing experience is a MUST.

Must be proficient in reading and understanding a preliminary report. Ability to run compliance checks for predatory lending is a plus. Working knowledge of DocMagic doc system preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
