District Sales Manager
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the exciting new position of District Sales Manager within our new HSBC Credit Centers group in the Phoenix,AZ area. As this is a new position and initiative at HSBC, qualified candidates should have a successful record regarding business start-ups and have exceptional sales and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader and team builder, have an entrepreneurial zeal and a demonstrated track record in the consumer finance industry. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Spanish and have a strong understanding of the Hispanic community and culture.
Our District Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent profitable growth in loan account gain through loan origination and customer retention within the assigned district.
The position works closely with the Branch Sales Managers and sales staff within the assigned district by providing guidance and direction, communicating and interpreting company goals and policies, assisting in recruiting and selecting staff members, andensuring staff members are properly trained and developed.
Other responsibilities include, completing performance appraisals, maintaining personnel records, ensuring ECOA, TCPA, and RESPA guidelines are understood and followed, conducting sales office visits on a regular basis to review goal achievement, new business development, deficiency corrections and audit policy and regulatory compliance.
The District Sales Manager keeps abreast of market conditions, including opportunities for future expansion in the community, maintains effective expense control, and provides direct feedback to senior management.
