Director of Operations - Payday Lending

Join our top-notch organization and begin to participate in our success! A dynamic and growing company is looking for a Director of Operations for Payday Lending. Established in 1993 with one location, Check Xpress, Inc. now operates in 150 Check Xpress locations in 9 states. We provide short-term loans and check cashing services to consumers. Due to rapid expansion growth, this position is available.


Primary Duties:


Direct and oversee all aspects of the corporation's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for payday lending
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Lead and direct the work of others
Responsible for the attainment of short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
Develop policies and procedures
Identify and develop new markets and locations
Responsible for performance of payday loan product in 30 stand alone locations and in 150 combined product stores in 9 states
Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and laws
Communicate with State regulatory authorities and other Corporate Officers
Determine and approve staffing needs including hiring and termination

Must have real world/hands on experience in payday loan industry with proven record of success
