Director,Marketing Analytics

POSITION SUMMARY:Direct the analysis and measurement of our marketing initiatives and develop strategic marketing plans using these measurements to continually improve brand awareness, broker loyalty and increase our market share. Perform all duties in accordance with Argent policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct the development and maintenance of the customer analytics programs. Review analysis results to advance existing marketing efforts and/or develop new initiatives.
Direct the development and maintenance of customer information repositories and models used in the analysis and measurement process.
Develop and implement targeted marketing methodologies and campaigns based on marketing analytics.
Report to executive management on the results of current marketing programs and make recommendations to improve their effectiveness.
Develop and maintain competitor analysis models with regards to product and price and develop presentations and recommendations to executives summarizing competitor market conditions.
Direct the management and administration of the CRM marketing system: oversee the development of CRM campaign set-ups,configurations,data extraction and the import of vendor campaign information.
Provide support to other marketing groups in the development and deployment of key marketing initiatives.
Manage and coach direct reports to achieve division objectives, including development of department goals while establishing appropriate timelines and delegating tasks as necessary to complete projects and maintaining effective communication with direct reports.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & LICENSES:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Capability of performing data analytics
Working knowledge of research techniques
Excellent understanding of Argents wholesale mortgage product lines
Possess creativity, enthusiasm, ambition, and sound business judgment
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in marketing, business finance, or math or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 8 years marketing analysis experience in the mortgage industry or a comparable business-to-business industry and at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity
