Development Coaches:
-Encourage the development of Portfolio Defense employees with timely feedback through regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions.
-Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
-Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements, skill enhancements and training interventions.
-Regularly analyze and report results of coaching sessions.
-Recognize and reward employees for successfully meeting and exceeding established performance expectations.
Essential Job Functions

1.a.Review samples of recorded calls, customer correspondence or accounts worked.
b.Analyze various components of the tasks ensuring required service levels are met and internal processes followed.
c.Deliver coaching and provide developmental feedback to Portfolio Intercept staff.

2.a.Communicate results of coaching sessions to both employee and Management staff.
b.Participate in regularly scheduled calibration sessions to ensure consistency in coaching and feedback.20%
3.Identify training opportunities or knowledge gaps and report these findings to the appropriate departments.20%
4.Provide assistance and support to Management Team as necessary.5%
5.Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.5%
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum of two years prior functional experience in Financial Servicing environment.
-Minimum of six months Mortgage Servicing, Operations or Sales experience preferred
-Highly skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
-Ability to manage multiple projects
-Strong organizational, leadership, time management, decision-making and negotiation skills
-Extensive knowledge of the origination process
-Extensive knowledge of state and federal mortgage banking compliance guidelines and required disclosures
