Delinquency Control Counselor

To control delinquency on outstanding loans and provide financial counseling to delinquent members and co-makers.
REQUIREMENTS
Trainee:

*Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone
*Ability to quickly read, comprehend and analyze written material
*Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently and accurately with numbers
*Ability to keyboard and familiarity with PCs

Target:

*At least six months collections experience
*Ability to successfully perform the requirements of the position at the target grade
*Thorough knowledge of collection practices and procedures

Desired:

High school Education
Ability to learn PC-based software applications
Knowledge of Navy Federal's policies and procedures
