Customer Service Adams Rite Manufacturing Co. seeks experienced and enthusiastic individual. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SPECIALIST Adams Rite is a recognized leader in two distinct product lines with a 100+ yr history in the LA area and is 9001 certified. Adams Rite produces builder’s hardware products for the commercial construction industry and operator controls for off-highway work vehicles. In April, 2006 Adams Rite was acquired by ASSA ABLOY, the largest lock manufacturing company in the world. ASSA ABLOY is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has extensive operations in Europe and North America. This position will process orders for materials or products from customers or outside sales reps. via telephone, fax, or mail. Focus on providing knowledgeable information about products to customers and obtain accurate order information from customers. Complete the pricing of the order and process required paperwork. Coordinates efforts with Shipping, Finance, and Inspection functions. Solid base compensation and excellent benefits package. REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a min of 2 years experience in a manufacturing customer service environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and maintain calm demeanor. Demonstrated experience in usage of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) Must have High school diploma or GED.
