Customer Service Rep and Call Center Supervisors

AccountNow, Inc is a fast growing, privately held company providing financial solutions to 40 million plus- under- served/unbanked consumer market. AccountNow provides lower cost alternatives to this market with products including “second chance” bank accounts, debit cards, credit builder, wire transfer and bill payment services through numerous marketing channels.
As a customer service rep in our call center, your primary responsibility will be to provide world class customer service to new and existing customers. You will communicate with new customers, setting up new accounts: as well as assisting existing customers to help them resolve issues and answer their questions, as well as communicate with various vendors on their behalf.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Reps:
1 to 2 years experience in high call volume environment
(Ability to handle 50 to 100+ calls a day)
1 to 2 years sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be a self starter that can be creative, yet work within banking regulations.
Must be detailed oriented, ability to multi- task, and strong time management skills.
Must be able to show concern and compassion when dealing with clientele.
Must also have a willingness to teach good banking skills.
Work in a team environment as well as be individually motivated.
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and internet.
Ability to deal with constant change and growth, within the work environment

Call Center Supervisors:
All above experience plus:
2 or more years experience managing employees in a call center
Environment
Experience monitoring customer service reps and able to provided
Immediate feedback.
Quality Assurance
IVR, ACD experience a plus
Able to manage a fast pace call center floor
Able to create a fun and rewarding environment.
Must be able to deal with constant changes and conflicts.
Must also be able to work within a start up environment
Must be able to understand call center matrix
