Position Scope: Contact Center Consultant

Using a consultative approach, handle all inbound customer calls to TriVita by providing our customers with the knowledge and support they need to identify the right nutritional supplements to help them achieve their health and wellness goals; establish relationships by appreciating, recognizing and educating our customers during every interaction to enhance and deepen the lifetime value of the customer to TriVita.
REQUIREMENTS
* One year of sales or customer service experience in a contact center environment preferred

* Professional and polished demeanor with a high energy, friendly, upbeat personality;

* Strong verbal/phone communication skills;

* Self-motivated and results-oriented; sets goals and strives to meet goals;

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook;

* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights and weekends.
