Corporate Customer Service - Financial Services

A nationwide property management company with corporate headquarters in the DTC is looking for a professional Customer Service Specialist. The candidate must have extraordinary customer service skills and call center experience is helpful.

Job Duties
•Respond to external clients with questions or problems
•Actively listen to clients concerns and assure the issue will be resolved
•Follow up with other departments in the company to ensure corrections are made
•Maintain accurate reports
•Create written correspondence and compose documentation of a routine nature
•Solve a variety of complex problems for customers and handle issues with professionalism
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients and co-workers while dealing with complex and sensitive situations


The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 and the salary is $30,000 to $35,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K and paid time off. Apply online for immediate consideration.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
•2 plus years in a corporate customer service role
•Extremely strong communication skills including oral and written communication and strong listening abilities
•Must be able to handle complex issues
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
•Homebuilding, Real Estate or Property Management experience helpful
•Warranty or Permits experience helpful
