My Client is a very prestigious bank located in the Financial District of San Francisco, CA and is in search of extraordinary talent that can add to their already strong team environment.


Responsible for the day to day operations of the commercial loan servicing department which involve managing work flow to insure that all responsibilities and functions within group are performed timely, efficiently and accurately; the maintenance and follow up of all internal controls and compliance issues; insuring that the control and risk matrices are continually updated and tested in accordance with Sarbanex-Oxley requirements; and the continual development of procedures to improve processes and efficiencies.


Commercial Loan Servicing Manager will oversee the groups various systems and processes to continually automate processes with the overall goal to increase productivity and build efficiencies. Responsibility involves a thorough understanding of processes and systems. System include AFS Xpress applications, AFS Level III, and various other Bank applications. The Commercial Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for driving the analysis and synthesis of these processes utilizing the various system applications in order to develop successful methods, service standards and well-documented/well-organized procedures. In this role, he/she will structure analysis, and then synthesize detailed material to implement strategic process and system changes as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years related Commercial Lending and Management Experience
