Responsible for generation and maintenance of profitable loan and deposit volumes and non-interest income from businesses with annual sales up to $5 - $50 million through walk-in business, referrals and direct solicitation. Reports to Commercial Banking Manager.. Typically has 10 - 12 years experience in commercial banking, including relationship management and credit. Demonstrates ability to successfully manage portfolio size of over $50MM or equivalent combination of size and complexity, with deposits generally more than $20MM. Assists in training or coaching less experienced Relationship Managers. Provides strong leadership in peer group. Continually seeks and shares knowledge of, best practices in relationship management and business development. Prefer graduate of a Commercial Training Program OR equivalent experience in commercial sales and credit. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent commercial banking experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Typically has up to 10 years experience in commercial banking, including relationship management and credit.
Demonstrates ability to successfully manage portfolio size of over $25MM or equivalent combination of size and complexity, with deposits generally in the range of $10-20MM.
May assist in training or coaching of less experienced Relationship Managers.
Prefer graduate of a Commercial Training Program OR equivalent experience in commercial sales and credit. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent commercial banking experience. Strong sales aptitude, experience with advanced credit structuring preferably in the Government Contracting business sector.
