Client Services Representative/Teller Levels II - III -Irvine

Part-time 20 hours Under general supervision, in addition to performing cash vault and merchant teller activities, may provide client transaction approval assistance to more junior Client Service Representatives. Handles more complex transactions than less experienced Client Services Representatives. Maintains thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Job Requirements


Levels I-III of Client Services Representative will be considered.
Minimum of six months cash handling experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year prior client service experience in a financial service environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of arithmetic required.
General knowledge of bank products and services preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to interact effectively with clients, all levels of Bank colleagues, and vendors required.
Ability to cross-sell banking services to existing and potential clients preferred.
Must be able to work in a team environment and to adapt to sudden schedule changes.
