Job Title: Cash Associate, Treasury



Work schedule is Monday - Fiday.

Summary:


The purpose of this position is to maintain and fill requests for W-9’s and 147C letters, process daily physical deposit and process Lockbox deposit to ensure department goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values.



Qualifications:


1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).


2. Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills required.


3. Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail.


4. Strong communication skills.


5. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.


6. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.


7. Performance and behavior reflect the Mission and Core Values of DaVita.



Essential Job Functions:


1. Process miscellaneous electronic payments, retrieve and print electronic remittance for payments for Cash Posting and Imaging Departments.


2. Fill requests for W-9’s and 147C letters.


3. Update W-9s.


4. Process daily physical deposits (open mail, code and total checks, process for Cash Posting and Imaging Departments).


5. Process the Lockbox deposits (proof prior day deposit batches, process for Cash Posting and Imaging Departments).


6. Conduct duties as set forth in process documentation.


7. Other duties as assigned.
