Card Services Representative I-III (Part-Time)

First Financial Credit Union is seeking a part-time Card Services Representative I-III. The qualified candidate will be responsible for servicing Visa & ATM account holders, assist members with inquiries and transactions relative to various ATM/Visa transactions and or inquiries, ability to setup and maintain all aspects of the OSCARE machine (PIN selection PC). Performs various routine clerical duties including copying, balancing accounts, verifying information, preparing routine reports, preparing and mailing correspondence, faxing, etc. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all Visa USA Bylaws and Operating Regulations and Visa International Operating Regulations.

REQUIREMENTS


- Card Services Representative must have analytical ability to conduct an analysis of members card account and recommend alternatives.
- Must have a broad knowledge of Visa operational fundamentals.
- A working knowledge of Credit Union regulations and card service operations.
- Effective oral & written communication skills.
- Basic accounting skills sufficient to process and balance accounts.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience at a Bank or Credit Union

- These requirements are typically met by any combination of education and experience that typically includes a high-school diploma, computer operation/typing classes, entry level accounting. This is a union position!
