Call Center Manager

TwinStar Credit Union is looking for a qualified CALL CENTER MANAGER to provide leadership with an emphasis on sales production & service quality in our Lacey Corporate Call Center.

The Call Center Manager is responsible for day-to-day operation and direction of the Credit Union's Call Center. The Manager provides the team with leadership and support to achieve sales, service and member satisfaction goals, while promoting our brand values in support of our strategic growth plan. Primary duties involve implementing successful sales strategies; training and mentoring team members; and building strong member relationships.

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications: proven experience developing, managing and coaching a sales team; excellent communication skills; intermediate PC skills; sound decision-making & problem solving ability; ability to effectively manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously; be enthusiastic, professional & exhibit initiative. Requires someone with experience managing a Call Center. Preferred qualifications include experience in a financial institution.
