CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

QC Financial Services, Inc., a publicly owned and growing national payday loan company with over 500 locations in 25 states, is looking to expand our team.

We are currently looking for people pleasers to join our TEAM as Customer Service Representatives in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

These positions will be responsible for:
conducting customer transactions,
assisting with collections on past due loans, and
ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.

If you have strong customer service skills, and experience in banking, retail, rent-to-own, consumer lending, or collections - we want to talk to you!

These positions will be eligible for performance based bonus earnings after completion of 90 day probationary period.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates will have:
strong customer service skills,
cash handling experience,
experience in collections,
retail or restaurant service experience,
reliable transportation,
and be able to work with minimal supervision.
