COMPENSATION ANALYST/WASHINGTON, DC AND PHOENIX

Segal is a leading benefits consulting firm that provides total compensation and labor relations consulting services to Public Sector clients nationwide. Our services include an integrated review of all components of total compensation including pay, health benefits, retirement benefits and leave practices, work-life policies, and job classification analysis.

We are recruiting for Compensation Analysts to join our Washington, DC and Phoenix Offices.

The Compensation Analyst supports the practice by providing accurate and timely data calculations on pay and benefits data; basic analysis and graphical presentation of data; job classification analysis; and report writing. This position provides opportunities for career growth and skills development.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for the position include:
undergraduate degree;
high level of expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access;strong quantitative skills;and the ability to work well in a time-critical environment.
One year of related experience in the Public Sector or a labor union is preferred.
