COMMERCIAL UNDERWRITERJOB DESCRIPTIONReviews, analyzes, and underwrites commercial real estate properties for mortgage lending purposes. Interacts with various components of the lending process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssess credit profile risk for loan applicants.
Perform analyses/evaluation of appraisal reports to insure validity and accuracy.
Analyse and evaluate property and loan data in order to determine appropriate risk and pricing.
Manage loan and underwriting process and processing personnel.
Review and evaluate environmental audits and engineering report
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills:Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong commercial real estate market and prospect knowledge.3 years commercial real estate underwriting experience.
