COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

-Maintains commercial customer relationships.
-Studies potential customer's application; verifing financial status; evaluating reputation and credit history of applicant; estimating potential for payment.
-Collects, analyzes, and summarizes account history and trend information.
-Identifies status of commercial loan portfolio by analyzing delinquint accounts and evaluating options.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
REQUIREMENTS
-B.S./B.A. in Business, Banking, Finance, or Accounting.
-Minimum two years of progressive lending authority and two years of collection experience, with commercial accounts.
-Knowledge of risk-based lending and a successful track record in loan sales.
-Knowledge of lending and collection laws, rules, and regulations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
